This 790sq ft studio basks in natural sunlight, has a hypoallergenic Talalay queen size bed, viscose bamboo sheets/duvet, full grain leather Eames chair and an on-wall 75in Sony TV. It has high ceilings with exposed brick/duct central heat/air, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, gas stove and large refrigerator. There's also cabinet lighting, track lighting, island seating with solid surface quartz countertops. Carrying into the modern bathroom, there is a large one of a kind circular custom tiled shower. Next to a built-in private work space, there's a washer/dryer with closable doors. The open hardwood floor plan extends with rooftop access via a custom built iron spiral staircase to deck amenities including grill, deck chairs, table, and lounge chairs for sunning, all overlooking Downtown Evansville, just half a block from Main Street.

Everything was very clean! Pics to show how to get in and where to park were great. Lots of strange noises around the apartment but that’s part of staying downtown I guess! Great place.

Location! Location! Location! This is such a great location. You could take an Uber from the airport and then not need one again until you leave. The unit has a Keurig and electric kettle but we walked to the local coffee shops instead. We also had lunch and dinner in downtown since there were so many options. As others have said, the bed is very comfy. Everything is as advertised and Kale is a great host. I highly recommend staying here if you need somewhere in Downtown to stay.

My husband and I stayed four nights at Kale's place. It was a lovely little studio in a great location for our event at the Ford Center as well as within walking distance to many great restaurants. Parking was simple over the weekend. Communication with Kale was excellent, and he was gracious enough to allow us to check in early and easily book extra nights. The Murphy bed was very comfortable. The shower was a nice size with plenty of hot water. All appliances worked well. The central air stood up to some extremely hot temperatures. The apartment looked to be recently refurbished with exposed brick, nice floors, etc. Do be aware that the furnishings really are minimal (which is clear in the listing) and that you might need to do a bit of "sprucing up" if you are a clean freak, like me. Overall, it was a great stay and one that we would recommend if you are interested in a fabulous downtown spot.

Nice apartment with roof top access and gas grill. Located near Ford Center. Owner was great and communicated well with any questions.
