Located a short walk to about anything downtown. Our host Jada was extremely helpful and accommodating. She gave wonderful recommendations on places to take my wife for our anniversary dinner. The House is a bit older but very clean and updated with about everything you need provided. Shampoo, coffee, cereal, stocked kitchen, and even wine for a fair charge that we ended up enjoying. My only negative is the living room curtains don’t provide much privacy at night (all the other rooms are fine), tho this is just a personal preference for myself and don’t hold it against the property. The parking in the back is great, however if you have a low clearance vehicle, I’d recommend parking on the road as the entry to it has a bit of bump up. We will for sure be staying here again if it’s available for our trips to Evansville as we try to come a few times a year. 5/5 highly recommend.
