Rivendell is a terraced cottage and has a kitchen and a living/dining room. Appliances include an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms include a double and a 4ft double, served by a shower room. To the outside is a rear, enclosed garden with furniture, covered decking with hot tub, summer house and barbecue area, along with roadside parking to the front. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop and pub and within 3.2 miles there is a beach, and please note, there are no pets and smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Expect all this and more at Rivendell. Please note: Steep and narrow stairs, not suitable for those with limited mobility. Doors from sitting room leads directly down to a staircase, please take care. Note: This property cannot accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
