Presthaven Sands offers an open-plan living space with a kitchen including a gas oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, airfryer, kettle and toaster, along with a dining area and sitting area with a Smart TV, sofa bed and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite basin and WC, and two twins, along with a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is enclosed side decking with furniture and off-road parking for one car. The lodge sits 0.1 miles from a shop and pub and 1.5 miles from the beach. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Max. six guests. Presthaven Sands offers a simple base for exploring Prestatyn and the surrounding coastline.
