The property was modern, clean, quiet and a great location! The owners were wonderful to work with. A few easily remedied maintenance issues are my only areas of helpful criticism. The shower has some issues with caulking needing to be replaced and water leaking out the glass door when in use. The modern shower floor drain needs to be lifted out to clean between tenants so water continues to drain properly -Its designed for that, I have a drain like that at home. The dishwasher isn't screwed into its cabinet and won't start until you slide it out. The washing machine boot smells of mold and needs to be cleaned. (That happens when the door is closed after use instead of being left ajar to dry out completely.) On a positive note it is a lovely apartment and we enjoyed staying there. I am only mentioning these minor issues so that you can easily remedy them. It really is a lovey place and I would rent it again!!!

Loved the apartment and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The restaurants and metro are an easy 15 minute walk.
