The house was minimally stocked. A drip coffee pot was provided but bring your own coffee cups. There was a washer and dryer but bring your detergent. King bed sagged very badly in the middle when we climbed in bed we both ended up in the middle of the bed, and there was not a mattress cover on the mattress. The house was clean except for return grates and filters looked like they had not been changed in years. We did report these things to the owner so hopefully will be fixed. Oh! Also beware of screen door, if you let go of it, the tension could hurt you when door slams shut.

House had plenty of room for our family! It was conveniently close to CSU!

Good: neighborhood, backyard, size.
Bad: front door and storm door are a pain to get in.
Back deck has termite damage and deterioration, falling apart, unsafe.
No extras in the house, bring everything you will need, including toilet paper.
