We offer a simple and seamless self–check-in experience through a trusted third-party platform called ENSO. The process is safe, private, and fully encrypted, ensuring that all information remains protected at every step.
As part of our security and verification process, we kindly require guests to upload a valid ID through ENSO. Rest assured, your information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and is used solely for verification purposes. We take your privacy seriously and ensure that your details are kept secure at all times.
Getting Around:
You will need a car to get around town and two cars can fit in the driveway.
Other Things to Note:
Mid-Stay Cleaning Requirement
For stays longer than 10 days, we kindly require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the home fresh, comfortable, and enjoyable throughout your visit.
The cost for this cleaning is the same as the standard cleaning fee and will be requested upon check-in. We’ll be happy to coordinate a date that works best for you to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible.
Neighborhood Quiet Hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Violations may result in a $1,047 fine issued by the city.
Other Rules:
No boats, trailers, or box trucks.
No smoking allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside, at least 10 feet from doors to prevent smoke from trailing inside.
No parties allowed.
There’s a Ring Doorbell located near the front door.
Mail and Mailbox: Guests cannot use the property mailbox or have mail sent there.
Local Booking Policy
To maintain the comfort and security of our neighborhood, we require that the primary guest lives at least 40 miles from the property. Bookings from within a 40-mile radius are not accepted without prior written approval from the host.
A government-issued ID matching your profile address will be verified at the time of booking. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to hosting you! 😊

I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.

Overall pleasant stay. The home definitely needs some work but is in good and functional condition. Only complaints were that it is advertised as 2 car garage but the garage was too full to park in, shower curtain had mold, water doesn’t drain well in upstairs shower, water pressure in downstairs shower is basically nonexistent, there was trash left from previous tenants but was cleaned up promptly by hosts once they were contacted. We didn’t spend time in the rental other than bathing and sleeping so it worked well for us.
