The dining room features a veranda and panoramic windows, allowing natural light to fill the space. Two bedrooms are located on this level, each with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as air conditioning and forced-air heating. There is also a shower and toilet on this level. Upstairs, you will find another bedroom with a French bed (1 x 190 cm, length 200 cm), a shower, a toilet, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, with access to a terrace.
