About this house rental
This home is ideal for those wanting proximity to Breckenridge’s downtown! Ivy on French is charming and super convenient! Located 2 blocks from Main Street with access to the bus line for Peak 9 and the Gondola, and walkable to restaurants, shopping and mountain recreation without concern for parking! The two top floor bedrooms enjoy ensuite bathrooms and views, and one desk if you have work to do. Downstairs, the pull out couch and office (with a corner desk) is separated from the king bedroom and bathroom, giving everyone their own space to work, relax, or watch TV! There is a gas fireplace in the living room to feel cozy in the winter. During the warmer months enjoy the views while sitting on the front or back porch, or the upstairs deck! There are views of the ski mountain from the front bedroom and the living room!

This cozy home was perfect for our family Thanksgiving getaway. It had all the amenities we needed, and the location was ideal—close to town with plenty of great restaurants, hiking trails, and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay!

It’s hard to find houses that take dogs, so we were thrilled to find this property. It’s a great location close enough to town to walk, but removed enough to still be quiet.

We spent a weekend at this house with our 2 adult children and their significant others - 6 adults in total. The house was perfect! Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house was exceptionally clean. Walkable to everything in Breckenridge. Stephanie (the host) was great! Highly recommend this house!
