Beautiful place very clean great host loved the location and the view was there with my sister . Would suggest having an ironing board unless we missed it . We didn’t cook but looked to have everything you would need. We did go out for coffee everyday we missed it up on the cabinet but thank you . I would recommend having a checkout list posted on premise and instructions for the tv we were unable to use it due to problem with the internet and tv made a few long nights . Other than that perfect location and views couldn’t beat it .

Setting was stunning, literally over a rushing waterfall but also in downtown Middlebury.
The only issues we had were that the Murphy bed was pretty creaky for two people and there was no dishwasher as the description suggests. Overall our stay was great!

We visited Middlebury to do some bicycling in the area (Great biking). The lodging was great in every respect. Air conditioning was appreciated due to very hot weather. Looking out the windows at Otter Creek was a benefit.
