Downstairs, a second living area provides a cosy retreat, opening onto a patio, inviting quiet moments outdoors. The queen-sized primary and second bedrooms are conveniently located on this level, with the primary featuring an attached ensuite and wall-hung TV. Upstairs you'll find the third queen-sized room, while a bathroom on each level adds to your convenience.
The garage is not for use but feel free to park on the driveway and off-street. Guests can make use of laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer.
