Via the general entrance and the elevator you enter the hall that gives you access to the apartment.
The living room is cozy and modernly furnished. Through the large sliding glass doors you can see the sea across the entire width of the living room. From the living room you can step onto the spacious furnished terrace.
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, combination microwave, SMEG refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee machine/Senseo/Nespresso.
 
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom with 2 twin beds and wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds and wardrobe.
 
The modern bathroom has a comfortable shower, bidet, sink, washing machine and underfloor heating. The toilet is separate.
 
The spacious terrace ((20m2) offers panoramic views and has a large awning, sun loungers and an outdoor table with 4 chairs.
 
There is a separate storage room for bicycles and/or beach equipment.
 
The complex has an elevator. But you still need to be able to climb some stairs.
 
Upon arrival you will receive 1 digital "parking permit" for the license plate number you specified (1 car). This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. Due to the new digital parking system, you must provide us with your car registration number before arrival! Please note: Paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
 
1 dog (short-haired) is allowed.
 
You will receive a maximum of 2 entrance tickets for the North Holland Dune Reserve.
