About this house rental
Welcome to Ohana Villa | Ocean View Pool by LovelyStay, a brand-new, ultra-modern luxury villa situated in the sun-drenched hills of Arco da Calheta. Combining sleek contemporary architecture with sweeping, unobstructed vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, this pristine three-bedroom sanctuary offers the ultimate blend of island leisure and high-end comfort.
The ground level features an expansive, light-filled living area enclosed by full-height glass sliding walls that frame panoramic ocean horizons. Relax in style on soft cream furniture around the Smart TV, or host memorable meals at the Scandinavian-style dining table. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with crisp white cabinetry, a dark waterfall island, built-in appliances, and a coffee setup.
Upstairs, three spacious, individually styled bedrooms offer crisp linen, soft neutral palettes, and direct balcony access through floor-to-ceiling glass doors: Work-Ready Layout: All three bedrooms are fitted with dedicated office desks, ergonomic seating, and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote workers and digital nomads. Tranquil Decor: Features floral wallpaper accents, warm wood paneling, and cozy sitting nooks. Luxury Bathrooms: Served by spa-inspired bathrooms featuring marble-patterned tiling, floating wooden vanities, vessel sinks, and walk-in glass rain showers.
Step outside to your private multi-level stone sun terrace, designed for outdoor living:
Private Pool & Sun Deck: Take a dip in the private pool overlooking the ocean, or lounge on sunbeds lined along the deck. Pool heating is available for an additional charge (minimum 5 nights requirement; please request in advance so it can be warm for your arrival).
Alfresco Dining & Lounge: Dine under the covered pergola setup, complete with an outdoor dining table and lounge seating areas.
The property includes air conditioning throughout, a laundry room with washing and drying machines, and a private gravel driveway for easy on-site parking—which also features EV charging capabilities for electric vehicles. Located in Arco da Calheta, you are just a short drive from Calheta’s golden sand beach, marina, restaurants, and levada walks.
