About this house rental
Welcome to Noah Villa – Sunset Hideaway Gem by LovelyStay, a sun-drenched coastal sanctuary designed to wrap you in warmth, style, and total relaxation. Curated with soothing boho-chic aesthetics—warm terracotta tones, natural rattan textures, and soft earthy neutrals—this villa feels like a luxurious home away from home from the second you step inside.
The villa features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area where floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors framed by sweeping ocean views take center stage. Prepare fresh meals in the sleek, modern kitchen while gazing out at the endless Atlantic horizon, or unwind in the light-filled lounge equipped with a Smart TV. Right off the living space, a built-in barbecue station and an outdoor dining table set the scene for unforgettable alfresco meals with family or friends as the sun sets over the sea.
Step outside onto the private terrace, where your personal swimming pool overlooks green hills and deep blue ocean vistas. Sink into the lounge seating for afternoon cocktails, work on your tan, or cool off with a swim.
Pool Heating Note: The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee to ensure absolute comfort year-round (please inform us in advance so we can have it warm for your arrival).
The villa accommodates up to six guests across three spacious, beautifully appointed bedrooms—including a primary en-suite suite—all featuring large glass doors that open directly to the terrace or capture stunning sea views. we spent a very pleasant week in this villa of very beautiful quality. Everything is very clean, very well thought out and very comfortable. The bedding is of good quality, and the equipment is top of the range. Two things to note: the access by car is very very narrow, very sloping and will not support a large vehicle. One negative point from my point of view : no modern gas barbecue, but a traditional charcoal barbecue which is quite difficult to use and therefore limits the pleasure of grilling

We had a fantastic stay at the Noah House Sunset Hideaway. We’ve stayed in hotels in 50+ countries worldwide, and this property was incredibly unique and was the perfect home base for our short December stay in Madeira.
What We Loved:
- How new and modern the house was—top notch kitchen and bathrooms
- The small details like the Christmas tree and traditional snacks left by management staff
- The outdoor area was incredible, we spent a lot of time there on sunny days
- The views were unmatched—you have to see it to believe it
- Distance to Calheta marina made it easy to go out for dinner and lunch
- Parking spot included
- The number of towels included, this was helpful
- Proximity to a very large grocery store
- Being able to check in early
- Very responsive management, whenever we had an issue they responded immediately
What Could Be Improved
- The garage was fantastic, but the driveway is very narrow and steep, it was a bit challenging with our car, something to watch out for

- alles super neu, schickes Design, genau unser Geschmack, man fühlt sich direkt wohl
- Vermieter reagiert schnell und ist zuverlässig
- ruhig
- sauber
