Located just steps away from the retired 9-hole Sea Palms West golf course, this home is ideal for golf enthusiasts who want to spend their vacations enjoying the beautiful greens and lush surroundings. With its convenient location, you will be just a mile away from the Sea Palms semi-private 18-hole golf resort, up to two miles from shopping, restaurants, and Frederica National Monument, four and a half miles from beaches, six miles from St. Simons Island Lighthouse and historic village, 22 miles from Jekyll Island, and 24 miles from Driftwood Beach.
Upon entering this breezy home away from home, you are greeted by a beautifully furnished open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room boasts an extensive sofa where you can spread out comfortably with your loved ones and get ready for an entertaining evening streaming your favorite shows, movies, and sports games on the smart TV with streaming services. Book lovers will appreciate the light-filled reading corner with two comfy armchairs. Adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped, open kitchen with all stainless steel appliances that make cooking a breeze. You can enjoy breathtaking sunsets on the back screened porch with a lounge area and the back deck with outdoor dining and a gas grill.
The home boasts two primary suites with soaking tubs and separate walk-in showers, as well as, an ensuite guest bedroom with twin beds. All three bedrooms are equipped with Roku TV. Additional amenities include large walk-in closets and a washer/dryer.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I’m not one to do reviews but this house was way beyond what we expected. After we arrived, we realized the pictures just didn’t do it justice. We thought the house was much smaller than the pictures. We LOVED the tall ceilings and the open layout of the home. We loved the bedrooms and the beautiful decor. The bathrooms were amazing and the garden tubs were so relaxing.
Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay here. The back porch was just beautiful, especially the fact that it was along the old golf course. I can not even begin to describe how peaceful this home was. We wanted to stay in a quiet area and not near all the busy traffic and that’s exactly what we got. It was such a refreshing stay for us. We will definitely be returning next year as long as it’s available. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience and stay at your home!

This home is beautiful! The rooms are large and spacious. Bathrooms and closets are huge! Beds are very comfortable. Excellent property. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here!
