Enviably situated in a ski-in/out position at the base of Mt. Ascutney, this two-story condo is a place for Vermont adventures at any time of year. Skiing, tubing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding - it's all within steps of your door.
This condo is wonderfully located at the foot of Ascutney Outdoors, a decades-old mountain resort with an 1,800-foot Doppelmayr T-bar that serves eight trails across 26 skiable acres. Just five miles down the road, find great camping spots and breathtaking summit views in Mt. Ascutney State Park. You'll also be within 30 miles of Vermont's Okemo Mountain Resort, Ski Quechee, and Saskadena Six and New Hampshire's Whaleback Mountain and Mount Sunapee. The ski resorts of Killington, Pico Mountain, Bromley Mountain, and Magic Mountain are all within 42 miles as well. And don’t forget to visit the many covered bridges and scenic woods along the Connecticut River!
After a day spent hiking Mt. Ascutney in search of Gerry's Falls, Crystal Cascade Falls, and the peak's other seasonal waterfalls, come home to relax in a modern and open space. The condo's end position fills the living space with sunlight, which you'll enjoy as you cook in the contemporary kitchen, dine at the breakfast bar and circular table, and stream movies and play board games afterwards.
In the evenings, find a primary suite on the main floor plus two bedrooms and a sleeping den downstairs. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided for your comfort as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I took my family to VT for a long weekend and stayed at this condo. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 and was clean with very comfortable beds. This is connected to other units, so you will have someone living above and beside you. The kitchen includes a k-cup coffee maker, but you will need to bring your own k-cups. There was also no iron or hair dryer along with a few other missing amenities in the kitchen. Our weekend was very hot, in the high 80's, close to 90 degrees. The condo has one mini-split AC unit in the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen/living area along with the two downstairs bedrooms do NOT have air conditioning. Also, keep in mind, there is zero cell service in this area. However, the wifi was very reliable in the condo.Overall, nice place to stay. Just make sure you are not outside talking past 9pm or you may upset your next door neighbor :)

The home was clean and welcoming with plenty of extra clean linens. Overall, the place was great. Dealing with the host Vacasa, however was not. I had many questions/ messages that never got a reply.
