About this house rental

Enjoy a fun outdoor adventure at this at this centrally-located condo. Ascutney trails are just outside the door, with miles of biking, running and hiking trails. Hotel, restaurant and Brownsville Butcher and Pantry are all within walking distance. Great sporting and family activities, including live music festivals, running and biking races, skiing, sledding and other events are happening throughout the year. The private space includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 second floor decks, full kitchen, living room with 57" smart TV and electric fireplace, dining room and small laundry room with washer and dryer. There is also a small mudroom at the entrance. There are multiple levels and two sets of stairs.

Perfect location for access to Ascutney. Well equipped kitchen. Living and dinning area even bigger than it looks in photos. Would definitely return.

Visiting the area for a bike race in Claremont NH. The rental was over the line in VT. It ended up being 25-30 minutes away at Ascutney Mtn. A bit further than we had hoped. Unit was nice, clean neat. The host left some nice items, water, snacks. If our event was at Ascutney we would come back again.

Had a wonderful stay in this townhouse. The unit looks to have been recently remodeled and furnished. Well stocked with all amenities you need and special touches throughout. Will definitely rent again when we return to this area!
