Condominios Shangri-La Tower 4! This stunning, modern 2-story penthouse offers guests astonishing 360° views of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and Banderas Bay. Our residence is conveniently located in the heart of Marina Vallarta, next to the Marriott Hotel. During your stay at the penthouse, you will be hosted by Kim, our do-it-all hospitality manager (lite housekeeping, shopping, making drinks, and snacks)! Kim will be available from 9-4:30 daily (ex., Sunday) for all your household service needs—after-hours availability for dinner preparation or kiddie sitting upon request.

A direct-coded elevator opens into our newly remodeled apartment with marble flooring. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open onto a spacious terrace where you can enjoy a breathtaking Pacific Ocean view and the Sierra Mountains. Experience breakfast, cocktails, or an evening snack on the terrace overlooking the infinity pool and Vallarta city views. Our 422m² or over 4,500 sq. The grandmaster second-floor suite has two-sided ocean views, a king bed, a free-standing jacuzzi bathtub, a large shower, a double sink, and a walk-in wardrobe closet. The second bedroom has two double beds + a full bath. The third and fourth bedrooms have king beds + full baths, and walk-in closets. The fifth bedroom has two full-size beds, a closet, + a full bath. The condo is complete with a custom dining table for 8, an office with high-speed fiber mesh Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, front and back stairs, and a washer and dryer in the laundry room.

Everything was great from the start to the end, communications were great, Martin and Emilee were very responsive, helping me in transportation, doubts or whatever need. Kim helped us every day, with her smiling face , she cooked amazing, a very sweet person, she bought the groceries and even got me the New year props I forgot to bring. The condo is everything you see in the description, amazing. Beds very comfortable, bathrooms with nice towles and toiletries and spotless. The kitchen had everything you need, with condiments and many other things. The balcony is beautiful with lots of seating area, we enjoyed grilling there , has a beautiful view of the pools and ocean. Everything worked, hi speed internet etc. Location is perfect, we walked to the Marina to have dinner , went to bars, massages, etc.! we went to to Sams and Walmart 6 min drive, very convenient! We would love to be back! Gracias!!

The penthouse is spacious, clean, well maintained and stocked with anything you need. Kim is fantastic - super helpful and a great cook. She bought food for us whenever we were missing anything and even got us a fantastic cinderella pinata for one of the kids who had a birthday. She helped us find a babysitter when we needed one and recommended swimming and tennis instructors before we even got there.
Shangrila also offers great amenities: the pool is huge, the food at the pool is great and the service fantastic. The tennis, basketball and pickle ball courts are generally available and another great activity. The beach is quiet and the ocean very calm. The Marina area itself continues to grow and offers new activities and restaurants.
All in all - a great vacation spot.

The property had a beautiful view of the ocean. Lovely outdoor spaces. It had 4 ensuite bedrooms and a bunk bed for one person also with a bathroom. Kim made great food and drink for us.
The pool was great and the place not too busy. Loved everything.

The place is clean, well stocked, clean and maintained. Kim is wonderful. She was helpful prior to our arrival in giving us tips and contacts for photographers, babysitters. She made sure we received our orders from Walmart and Amazon. She is a great cook too and keeps the place clean. Cosme was cordial and on time when picking us up. The doorman in Torre 4 is super friendly and helpful too.
The location is great, close to stores, restaurants and a supermarket. It takes about 20 min to get downtown by car.
The beach is quiet and empty most of the time.
