Welcome to our beautiful duplex penthouse in Shangri-La, Marina. Our 5 bedroom, two story, 4000+ square foot penthouse features amazing views, incredible 800+ square feet of outdoor space and beautiful grounds.
Shangri-la is a gated luxury beach front community five minutes from the airport. The condo is located on floors 15 and 16 of Tower four. Shangri-La offers one of the largest infinity pools and the most beautiful scenery. It also has a gourmet poolside restaurant and swim up bar serving great food. The property has a state of the art gym facing the ocean, a full service spa (including steam and massage rooms), and two newly surfaced lighted tennis courts. Across the street in the Marina there are a variety of restaurants, shops and spas. There are also several charter fishing, sightseeing and adventure companies there. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is less than 15 minutes away by taxi or bus. The Marina Golf course is across the street and there are several other courses within 20 minutes by taxi.
The private elevator opens up directly into a gorgeous contemporary living room with a breathtaking panoramic view of the bay and city. The stylish and beautiful living and dining room has a 60' flat panel TV and DVD player. The spacious balcony allows for gracious entertaining while enjoying the spectacular views.
The condo has 5 bedrooms. Four rooms have ocean views.
1- Master bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed, 42' flat panel TV, DVD player, master bath with oversized jetted whirlpool tub, marble shower and large walk-in closet. It is located on the main level and has direct access to the balcony.
2- Master bedroom 2 is on the second level (Same as master bedroom 1 but also has private balcony.)
3- Bedroom 3 is on the second level and has two double-sized beds, walk-in closet and private bathroom.
4- Bedroom 4 is on the second level and has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom, and balcony.
5- Bedroom 5 is located in the back facing the Marina, has a queen-sized bed and private bathroom. It is accessible by stairs only.
There is a large laundry room with access to the service elevator.

This property was so outstanding that its hard to describe. The view was outstanding. Everything was perfect. Everything worked. Everything you could need was already there.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful property! The condo was as described and we were met by property manager, Oswaldo, on our arrival to ensure our check-in was smooth and we were shown around the unit. Judy even stocked us up for our arrival which was such a wonderful gesture when travelling with small children. This condo was spacious with lovely decor and everyone in the family had plenty of personal space when needed. The deck was simply spectacular! Amazing views and with such a large amount of space, the children enjoyed playing on the patio and we had no concerns about their safety. The location of the property is prime in relation to all the restaurants and services in the marina. Would highly recommend this condo and the Shangri-la and we look forward to visiting again soon!

Our family enjoyed the spacious deck, and the beautiful views. We enjoyed the delicious food at the grill and the beautiful pool and of course the beach. There were 10 of us in our family that stayed there, and four of the bedrooms were great. The fifth bedroom is totally disconnected from the condo, with access through a hallway and up some concrete steps. This was not an ideal set up for our family, but we made it work. The kitchen is very well equipped, although we did not cook a lot at the condo.
