The house was roomy and comfortable but rather warm during the day, holding a temperature of 80 with no air conditioning. The master bedroom fan did not work and the dining fan only worked if you pulled the chain close to the fixture. The master bedroom wallpaper is loose in many places, probably from the indoor heat.
I selected this property because it was pet friendly knowing that I selected 1 pet while listing number of guests. The pet information did not transfer over so afterwards it seemed like a big deal and I was charged an additional pet fee. Beware if you take a pet, the backyard had a lot of cactus in it.
Be sure to take a good inventory at the beginning of your stay. I received a message afterwards that there was a missing top sheet and a missing duvet cover, which I had absolutely no idea about (I didn't even know what a duvet cover was). We were so warm that we didn't use the blankets/comforters. I did not know something was missing until I removed the sheets at the end of the stay and noticed the small room didn't have a top sheet. I let them know when they asked about it. They never said what room was missing a duvet cover. I didn't get any of the $$$ paid for the deposit back.
We left the house in good condition, even started towel laundry for the cleaning person. My aunt pulled a lot of weeds out front during our stay, it is something she enjoys doing while outdoors.
