We stayed for 2 nights and it fit our needs for a short weekend in Auburn. The house was pretty clean upon arrival but I did find a clothes pin and a few other small items on the bedroom floor that were concerning as we had an infant under 1 with us who eats everything she can find. We didn't do any cooking while there, but the appliances were well appointed and clean. The neighborhood was rather loud at night with a busy road a short ways from the house.
