About this house rental
Welcome to Salty Sally's! This newly renovated beach box is situated in a convenient and quiet area of Southern Shores. Less than an 8 minute walk to the beach and only a 15 minute bike ride to Duck (two bikes available for you to use)! Enjoy the peaceful and private house, or go out to explore everything the Outer Banks has to offer.
The house was built in the 1980s, and was completely redone in the last year! You'll enter the classic OBX beach box from the left side of the house, with some steps up to the front door.
Inside it's an open floor plan making it easy to all be together in the big space. The cozy living room has a couch and a huge bean bag, books and games for you to use, and a 65" Roku TV for movie nights. There is a large table in the dining area that's great for a big meal or for playing games! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might think that you need - coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar are all provided.
Outside on the front deck there is a large picnic table, Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill. On the back deck there are Adirondack chairs and a gas firepit!
There are 3 spacious bedrooms bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) and 2 full bathrooms. Plus an outdoor shower! All linens are provided (bedding & towels), paper towels, and toilet paper. Dishwasher pods and laundry pods also provided! There is a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, two bikes, and outdoor games available for you to use. The house is a peaceful place to relax or to use as a great home base while you explore the Outer Banks!

Location is amazing - short walk or faster bike ride right to the beach. House is very cute and modern with many amenities included. Host is super responsive and helpful.
Loved everything, my son now wants a Love Sac chair, LOL. The only tweaks I'd recommend is to add curtains in the bedrooms and supply a regular toaster. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at Salty Sally’s! The house is newly renovated and has several thoughtful amenities including beach equipment, bicycles, a cooler, outdoor shower, dog dishes, and bags in case you forgot your own. The house is an easy ten minute walk to the nearest beach access point, or an easy 5 minute drive to a private beach that the owner generously provides a pass for. The house is nice and quiet, there was no obnoxious street or party noise to interrupt your rest. We also liked that the owners left a binder with information on local attractions and some of their favorite restaurants. You can tell these owners care and we’re looking forward to booking with them again! 10/10!!!

Great location access to the beach and other tourist attractions. We stayed an extra day because we loved it so much. The house had all the amenities you need to make your stay in enjoyable. We will be back!
