You will rent one of the four private bedroom suites with full access to the whole house areas shared with up to three friendly housemates.
The house features:
Ample living spaces, high ceilings, fully fenced and secured parking area, outdoor balconies, and much more!… Wow!
Full access to the whole house including all the shared areas like the fully equipped Kitchen with Pro appliances and huge quartzite island table with panoramic valley views and a peak of the Lexington lake reservoir.

Maximum occupancy: 1 adult per room
We will gladly respond to all questions usually within an hour (California PST)

The hot tub did not work. And was not advised. Owner did not informed us and knew a month prior. We choose the property for the hot tub. Was very disappointed. There was not enough hot water for everyone to shower. otherwise the property was beautiful. The view was beautiful as well. We had a great time.
