About this house rental
Finca Terra is a 3-BR, 2-bath country home located 20 minutes outside of Quepos near the traditional town of Naranjito. With 2 acres and fantastic views of the mountains and rainforest it's a paradise for people who enjoy tranquility, nature and a more genuine, cultural travel experience. Furthermore, its location is just 30 minutes from Manuel Antonio national park and beach, and close to all of the mountain activities such as the waterfall tour, spice tour, ATV tour, horseback riding, etc.
Finca Terra is a spacious, one-level home with high ceilings, and ample spaces. Upon entering is a bar room which communicates to a large kitchen and dining area. Another wide hallways leads to the bedrooms and living area. The master bedroom has a huge, private bathroom and great views. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. Off the living area is a covered, screened patio--the perfect place to drink morning coffee and gaze at the stunning mountains--and in front of that is a covered yoga deck. The pool, jacuzzi and hammock patio are the ideal area to relax after a day's activities.
The property itself is gorgeous and private. There are banana plants, mango trees, a 'noni' tree, citrus, coconut palms and more. There is also gated parking for up to 3 vehicles.
Other details:
While very private, there is also an attached apartment where the caretakers live--Nelson, Maria and their son, Kendry. They are not only wonderful people, but also provide maintenance, housekeeping and security, and do not intrude upon the privacy of the main home.

The house was beautiful and well stocked. The pool area was peaceful and relaxing. Nelson and Maria were so sweet and helpful. Vanessa was always accessible and helpful with whatever we needed. Chef Sofia made us the best dinner and was just a sweetheart. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The beds were very comfortable. And the deck and pool area was heavenly. We would gladly return.
