With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

There was plenty of room for my group and the seating was nice. Outdoor area and grill was a huge plus. The sun chairs on the second deck were especially nice. The team was fairly responsive and reasonable with our issues. I wish some of the kitchen appliances worked during our stay.

We rented this place to house a 7 person film crew while shooting in Charleston. The place was awesome. Bedrooms were comfortable and the "bunk room" upstairs worked great to put 2 people in. We used the kitchen primarily for breakfast and coffee as we were up for sunset shots. We did cook 2 dinners and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also used the outdoor grill. The back courtyard and porches were great places to chill after long days of shooting. Definitely stay here is we are back in CHS.
