Just perfect. So very clean, private, well organized and safe. We enjoyed the fenced in area for the pups and the lovely long dock to enjoy sunset. All supplies were easy to find. Nothing was missing, even the beautiful soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms. The lanai was large and screened in with a doggie door and the cement/stone table and stools outside made it easy to look out over the beautiful waters. Mashes Sands small beach about a mile down the road was an easy trip and perfect for watching Gulf waters roll in. Will definitely look forward to another escape to this property.

This is an amazing property. The house is comfortable and clean. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. We especially appreciated the fishing pier and kayak. It’s a 1.5 mile walk to the beach. The beach is quiet. You will not easily find anything similar in Florida.Molly is a very responsive host. You are in good hands with her.

Stayed 7 nights in April and enjoyed the relaxing view and the fishing from the pier very much. The home was spacious and clean and better than expected. Host was extremely responsive with a couple of things that came up to make sure our stay went smoothly. Planning to return at least once a year and hope it is still available to rent.

Perfect bay view. My little family enjoyed the dock for fishing and dolphin watching.It’s great for a quiet getaway, the house is very family friendly, close to the beach and several local seafood restaurants.We would definitely rent the house again
