About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Villecroze. It has a floor area of 144 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 70 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of around 10,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A 70 m² living room with a TV, sofa, dining area…
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds that can be pushed together
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
Upstairs
- Bedroom 3: en-suite with a queen-size bed (160×200), a bathroom with shower, toilet and balcony.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue (with built-in griddle), washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A private swimming pool (10m x 5m), heated for adults and children, open from April to October and fitted with an alarm
- Pool house overlooking the pool, featuring benches, a dining table and garden furniture...
- A beautiful, enclosed garden of 10,000 m²
