Perched on the heights of Salernes, La Terrasse des Cigales accommodates six people in a new F3 with a contemporary design: two bedrooms, shower room, living room opening onto the equipped kitchen, and air conditioning in every room.
Outside, a huge grassy terrace extends from the house: a Jacuzzi under a pergola, deckchairs, a summer living room, a plancha and a table for six, facing the Provençal panorama.
Perched villages, Lake Sainte-Croix and the Verdon Gorge less than an hour away: the real Provence.
The space
A recent construction with contemporary lines, the F3 is a single-level home on one floor, fully air-conditioned. The apartment spans 80 square meters and includes WiFi throughout.
The open living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a TV area, and a round table for four guests. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped: cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge and all small appliances.
The master bedroom has a double bed, a large mirror and a closet area. The second bedroom, designed for the youngest, combines a mezzanine bed with an integrated desk and a single bed. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the set.
The terrace
A true second living room, it surrounds the accommodation with over a hundred square meters of landscaped lawn. Under a shaded pergola: the hot tub and its lounge area. Further away, deck chairs facing the countryside, dining table for six, plancha, and solar shower.
Guest access
You have exclusive use of the apartment and its terrace: no space is shared.
The accommodation is on the first floor of a complex of three independent dwellings and has its own external staircase, as well as a completely private entrance. You can come and go freely, at any time, without ever crossing a common area.
A free parking space is reserved on the property. Self check-in using a secure key box. The property is near public transportation, and street parking is also available.
Good to know: one pet is welcome. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
