Welcome to our cozy vacation rental right on the picturesque North Sea coast! This charming accommodation offers you and your beloved four-legged friend the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation by the sea.
The 78 m² vacation rental, spread over two floors and accommodating up to four people, features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals. The spacious living room invites you to relax and offers a magnificent view of the outdoors through the large windows.
Enjoy your meals on the south-facing balcony while feeling the salty sea breeze and listening to the soothing sound of the waves in the background, or take in the sunsets from the garden. Your four-legged friend will love the spacious garden, which offers plenty of room to run around and play.
The vacation rental’s location is ideal for walks on the beach or long hikes along the coastal trails. The dog-friendly beach—including the beach chair (available from the nearby “ 01.05-30.09) ”)—invites you to enjoy the clear North Sea waters together with your furry companion. Nearby, there’s a playground for the kids as well as a bike shed, many restaurants, cafés, and shopping options.

Visitor’s Tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are required to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the nightly rate for processing and handling your reservation.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. If you’d like, you can easily add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive stress-free with just a light bag.
We provide the following amenities for each guest:
- a cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tablets
- two trash bags/ reusable bags
- one dish towel
- one roll of toilet paper
