The 56 m² vacation rental, which sleeps up to 4 people, features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals. The spacious living room invites you to relax and offers a magnificent view of the outdoors through the large windows.
Enjoy your meals on the fully equipped terrace while taking in the salty sea breeze and the soothing sound of the waves in the background. Your four-legged friend will love the spacious, fenced-in garden, which offers plenty of room to run around and play.
The vacation rental’s location is ideal for walks on the beach or long hikes along the coastal trails. The dog-friendly beach—including the beach chair (available from 01.05-30.09) nearby)—invites you to enjoy the clear North Sea waters together with your furry companion. Nearby, there’s a playground for the kids as well as a bike shed, plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shopping options.

Visitor’s Tax
As a property owner or agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable tourist tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the nightly rate for handling and processing your reservation.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.
We provide the following supplies for each guest:
- one cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tablets
- two trash bags/compost bags
- one dish towel
- one roll of toilet paper
