About this apartment rental
You will not want to miss this 1st tier Penthouse condo. Conveniently located on Indian Point, this condo offers amazing views, walking access to the lake on a fantastic cove that is great for swimming, fishing, floating/kayaking, and skipping rocks.
There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room and additional large loft. The condo is up one flight of stairs from the parking lot. Two of the bedrooms and bathrooms on are the main level of the unit. The 3rd bedroom and bathroom are located on the loft level. Different from some other units, the 3rd bedroom is an actual separate room from the loft. The main level living room and loft each have a pullout sofa sleeper.
The resort also has an outdoor pool for guest use and the condo has an electric grill for cooking food on the back deck. When you want to venture off of the resort, Silver Dollar City is 2 miles away. There are two marinas (Indian Point Marina and Rock Lane) a few minutes down Indian Point if you are interested in renting a boat. Branson West, Branson Landing, old downtown Branson, Top of the Rock, and the Old 76 Strip are between 10 and 30 minutes away for great food and activity options. Great layout and plenty of room! Stunning views -- you won't want to leave the balcony! Love having 3 bathrooms and being so close to Silver Dollar City. The keypad can be problematic and the shower drains get clogged easily. Pull-out couch isn't comfortable and the towel bar upstairs is loose. Despite these minor things, it's a lovely property.

Our family of 9 really enjoyed the property. It had enough room for all of us and we were pretty happy on how clean and beautiful was the condo! We really loved the balcony lake view. We have a boat and jet skies so it was pretty convenient to the marina only 3 minutes to Rock Lane Marina and 4 minutes to Indian Point. Our toddler was very happy every time that it was time to go back to the property he called it “The Treehouse”. Thank you for allowing us to have an amazing experience and letting us enjoy the cozy place!
