A paradise for lake lovers and Silver Dollar City fans!
Our 1800 sq ft condo is set up with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths to hold up to 12 people. Each bedroom comes with a king size bed, additionally one of these bedrooms has a set of bunk beds. In the living room, there are 2 queen size hideaway beds. The condo is located in the building that's closest to the lake. During your stay, we offer a covered boat slip at no charge and the boat docks are onsite. Boat launch is at Indian Point Marina which is 1 mile away. Property has 2 outdoor swimming pools and 2 playgrounds. This unit is ground floor with just a few steps. Near Silver Dollar City and just a few miles to Branson West.
SET UP:
-Each bedroom has 1 king size bed. Additionally, one of those bedrooms has bunk beds.
-2 sofa sleepers in the living room.
-Cable TV and DVD player.
-Deck has seating as well as an electric BBQ grill. Guests are not allowed to bring or use any other type of grills.
-This condo is ground floor. Each condo at this property has one assigned parking spot. Extra vehicles must be parked in areas that are not reserved for other condos.
-We have a strict NO PET policy. Please do not ask if we can make an exception. violation of this policy will result in eviction with no refund.
-Items we do not provide are hair dryers, toiletries, laundry detergent, food, spices, beach towels, paper towels, (we do provided fabric towels) we also provide starter amenities like dish soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, hotel size shampoo and bar soap to last you a couple days until you have a chance to do your shopping.
-All info including boat slip/launch/trailer parking are provided when we send check in information a few days before guests arrival.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFO :
-Boat slip and boat trailer parking are onsite. Boat launch is at Indian Point Marina which is 1 mile away
-FREE EV charging for our guests near our main office.
-This condo is located on a ground floor below the parking lot area. Access to the condo requires a few steps via the deck or no steps if walking around the building.
-Wifi, boat slip info, parking and check out instructions are posted in the condo. Please review our house rules for a safe and fun vacation.

Location by land and by boat was perfect! Pool was huge and my kids loved it! We will definitely be staying again! Being able to bring our boat and have a dock at the condo slip was perfect!

For our first time of boating with our personal boat on Table Rock lake, this location was perfect for us! Just a mile or so up the road we had access to Silver Dollar City which was so convenient. Indian Point was just the right fit for our visit to Branson. The condo fit us and our adult children and 2 small grandchildren perfectly. Having our own boat slip was super nice and easy access, making this place easily enjoyable. It felt like our home away from home.

Our girl's trip was very enjoyable! Everything we needed to enjoy our getaway. Great communication with property owners. Would definitely stay here again.
