About this house rental
Quiet vacation home with ocean views, 500 m from small beaches and right next to a nature park... ideal for a couple’s or family vacation to enjoy nature walks and beach life.
A perfect place to relax in the sun!
The house is located near the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet area, about 400 m from “Canyelles petites” Beach and about 3 km from the center of Rosas. The olive groves begin right above the house.
With 3 bedrooms, the house is ideal for four (maximum 5) people. The double bedroom has direct access to the terrace.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a bathtub that doubles as a shower, and a bidet.
The middle bedroom has a small bathroom with a toilet and sink.
The kitchen, which features a small table for four people, is open to the living room; the gas stove has 4 burners. There is a standard-sized refrigerator and a freezer, as well as a small oven that also functions as a microwave. The kitchen is equipped with every conceivable utensil, since we enjoy cooking.
The living room and kitchen feature terracotta-style tile flooring, while the bedrooms and hallway have hardwood floors.
In the living room, you can relax on a comfortable sofa; there are also board games available and a small TV with a DVD player that receives German channels.
The terrace features a sofa, an outdoor shower, and an outdoor kitchen, as well as a large dining table and a small bench. You’re shielded from prying eyes there, as there are no immediate neighbors on that side. On the higher level of the terrace, there are two comfortable sun loungers.
A steep staircase leads to the property above the house, where, surrounded by olive trees, you can wonderfully enjoy the sunset with a spectacular view of the sea.
The house has ceiling fans in every room. The living room and bathroom have underfloor heating, and each bedroom has an electric radiator.
Bed linens, towels, kitchen towels, tablecloths, etc., are provided.
There is a garage for your car.
You’ll need a car or motorcycle, as the road to the house is steep and the large supermarkets are 3 km away. In the summer, there’s a smaller but well-stocked supermarket 300 m away.
To get to the beach, you walk down the hill—it takes less than 10 minutes. However, you’ll need to be in good shape for the walk back up, as the road is very steep!
