A beautiful duplex apartment with ocean views, parking for two large cars (very easy to park without having to maneuver), a pool, and just a 2-minute walk from the beach.
If there’s one thing to highlight about this apartment, it’s the natural light.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (ideal for a couple and 4 additional guests).
The apartment features a small communal pool, perfect for swimming both day and night. Its three bathrooms (all with a shower or bathtub, toilet, and sink) and the large living room with views of the sea and the pool guarantee a comfortable, peaceful, and airy stay. An extra person can even sleep in the living room, though this isn’t recommended due to limited space. You’ll enjoy the terrace, whether you’re relaxing on the two available lounge chairs or having a family meal together. The awning will provide shade if you want to block the sun. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, and, of course, a refrigerator. There’s plenty of storage space for floats, air mattresses, and other large beach gear without having to deflate them.
Ideal for both families seeking tranquility at the beach and couples looking for a safe place that’s also close to nature on the Costa Brava.
You can walk to the town of Roses along the pedestrian path that runs along the sea, or follow the coastline north until you reach Cadaqués (a 4-hour walk) through the wonderful coves of the Costa Brava, passing by Cala Montjoi (a 1-hour walk—perfect for working up an appetite before reaching Ferran Adrià’s restaurant).

Apartment fit for purpose. Not modern but has most of what you need. No wifi and very small tv. Fans were supplied when requested at check in. They are essential in summer. Do bear in mind there are lots of steps to navigate up and down to the beach so wouldn’t recommend with young children. There are two lifts at the complex or if energy levels allow you can take the stairs. Gorgeous views over the bay. Pool is clean and never busy as there are only 6 apartments in the complex and not all were occupied. A ten minute drive to Roses where we ate in the evenings. A car is essential.
