Welcome to Sunrise Palms of Naples in beautiful Naples, Florida. This beautiful home is located minutes from downtown Naples and white sandy beaches. The home sits on a corner lot that overlooks a lake with beautiful morning sunrise views and boasts an open floor plan with Brazilian cherry wood floors .
The kitchen has a large island perfect for cooking and new stainless steel appliances. Kitchen also has a blender, toaster, coffee maker and many more items stocked for your enjoyment. All basic necessities are supplied (renters are responsible for their own groceries).
The Lanai is fully screened in with views of the lake and features a pool and hot tub with solar heat. Lanai also has a large propane grill and outdoor furniture.
Master suite has a large walk-in shower along with two walk-in closets & new Queen-sized bed.
Guest bedroom #1 has a queen bed and plenty of closet space. Guest bedroom #2 has a full size bed and large closet. Both bedrooms are located away from the main living area and can be closed off from the rest of the house with a sliding door.
The home has almost 2100 square feet under air and is furnished with a mid century modern furniture. Home also has a fully furnished den perfect for reading or office work space.
Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and beach wagon are available to renters.

We were so close to everything we wanted to do in Naples and Marco Island. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We had enough room for all 6 of us, and the house was very clean. The host worked with us to get the heater in the hot tub going, which was much appreciated. We would love to stay here again.

This an absolutely beautiful property; very clean; very well set up; furnished and beautiful decoration; great location and the host was phenomenal! We highly recommend it if you are looking for a Naples getaway.
