Great house; large, well equipped and nicely decorated. Outdoor area and pool are beautiful and very relaxing. Owner was helpful and very responsive to our questions and one “issue” (clogged drain). Excellent location-minutes to downtown and beach; Publix and plaza with a few good restaurants right around the corner. We and our guests had a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean, comfortable , and well equipped. The neighborhood is nice with a lovely walking path around the lake. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. It is easy to get downtown or to the beach. The only downside was that the pool was not heated. Mark was easy to communicate with, check in was seamless.

Very clean and comfortable house set within a 30 minute drive of everything. The owner is great with communication and on top of it all.We would stay here again, without a doubt.Thanks Mark for a wonderful stay!
