Approximately 1 km from the village of Julienas (famous for wine), beautiful property surrounded by vineyards, with the gîte on one side (in mansion) and owner's home adjoining. At the back : another large family house, extensive garden, swimming-pool (guests will be given access from early June to late September and from 09 to 12 a.m.). Rooms with very heigh ceilings, have been tastefully renovated. Ornemental fireplace in almost every rooms. Cement tile floors or period parquet, sought-after decoration made from antique objects or heirlooms (nice tableware). High quality sanitary facilities. Raised ground floor (outside stairs) : entrance hall leading to living room (kitchen and dining areas), lounge, 1 bedroom (160 cm double bed), WC. Upper floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms with 160 cm bed & private shower room in each, 1 family room for 4 people with two 80 cm beds or 160 cm bed as needed + bunk beds), bathroom (bath, shower, 2 washbasins), WC, laundry room (washing machine , tumble dryer). Cot on request. Outdoors : shared courtyard with parking area for 2 vehicles, private shady garden, barbecue, garden furniture, lovely views of the village.
