About this house rental
A watermill whose origins date back to the thirteenth century, on the borders of Berry, Sologne and Touraine, between the castles of the Loire and 20 minutes from the Beauval zoo in the middle of the terroir of Loire and Valençay wines, you will find a peaceful, bucolic place along a river.

Renovated in the tradition of the building Ancient for your greatest pleasure, this mill is part of the French heritage to be safeguarded.
Large living room of 60m² with living room, dining room, fireplace and television.
Large fitted kitchen of 36m² fully equipped (cooking piano, American fridge and dishwasher...)
A first bedroom with a double bed on the first floor with separate shower room (shower and sink) as well as separate toilets.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms with their private bathrooms and a separate toilet.
A large outdoor terrace with a view of the bamboo forest and the mill race.
Board games are available.
Building equipped with fiber and wifi.
