The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring professional cookware and a dedicated coffee station. The private, freshly renovated bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries for your convenience.
We offer a dedicated onsite parking spot for $19 per night before taxes. Please be advised that the parking area is designed for compact vehicles and may be tight for large SUVs or trucks. 🚗
- A starter set of paper products and toiletries is provided for all guests.
- Monthly stays require guests to replenish their own supplies after the initial set.
- One pet under 50 Lbs is permitted with prior approval.
- Mailbox access is not available for guest use.
- A mandatory building extermination service occurs monthly during business hours.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a $50 fee with advance notice.
Please note that for all VRBO bookings, guests are responsible for a 3.5% processing fee if the reservation is canceled
Security Deposit
A $350 damage security deposit will be held for this reservation. By booking, guests agree that any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules may result in charges against this deposit. All damages will be documented and shared if applicable.

Although the apartment is new, it is cheaply constructed pseudo modern style. The owner put in Bare Bones effort to make the place inviting.
It's located on the other side of the highway from Yale. It is just OK.
