Very clear and prompt communication Spacious rooms and clean Perfect for 1 night to see concert Plenty of secure parking for 2 cars

The property was spacious and clean. Entry was easy and the host was an excellent communicator. Having laundry in the house was super convenient. Thoughtful inclusion of high chair, extra towels. There was even a Ms. PacMan game!
There were broken blinds and missing places to hang towels, which made the home feel shabbier than it was. The listing also wasn't clear it is part of a quadplex and that there is a chain link fence between the home and the water. Also, the bedding on the king bed is sized for a queen bed and had stains on some of the pillow cases. Not the host's fault, but there's also major construction on the road in front of the home right now, which starts at 8 am and shakes the house.

Instructions were not clear. It was on the second floor, not first floor Shades/ curtains were too thin.
