About this villa rental
Peaceful place, surrounded by 10 000 sqm Jungle. Additional Guest House available. House is located in a private gated community and has additional gated entry way. Located on top of a hill it has a 360 view surrounded by jungle. Every room comes with AC, TV, WiFi. BBQ, Pool, whirlpool, chef Kitchens. 15 minutes away from multiple, beaches, Manuel Antonio National Park and huge selection of restaurants. A car is available on request, free parking in the property. If you have luck your breakfast will be joined in the morning by peaceful monkeys, parrots & Tucans.
Main house has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room & fully equipped Chef's kitchen.
Guest house has one bedroom, kitchen, dining area & Bathroom.
Both places have access to the pool and beautiful Nature views from the terraces.

Beautiful home and pool with gorgeous jungle views. Frank is the best host we’ve had in years of staying at VRBOs. Very responsive and helpful in planning activities.

Upon arrival. we were greeted by our fantastic host/property manager, Mr. Frank Schultz. He gave us a tour of the house and stayed to address/answer our questions.
The house was very spacious, clean and has SPECTACULAR views. The property was well-maintained.
Everyday, we saw beautiful and colorful birds that were perched outside the property.
The property manager was timely with his communication, welcoming and very responsive to our needs. Once we were settled into the house, the few small issues that arose were quickly resolved. Customer service begins with the first point of contact and his exceeded our expectations. He took time out to help arrange our activities/excursions/special amenities (ex. private chef) and set up our transportation to and from those activities/excursions.
From our group of 10, thank you, Frank, for contributing to an AMAZING and WONDERFUL experience for us in Costa Rica!
