Guests are renting a private condo in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available throughout the hotel as well as the private Residential pool. We do keep a locked closet with owner supplies; this is the only space that is off-limits.

The building is close to all major highways and only a short drive to Fort Lauderdale international airport. This beautiful home is located in the Oakland Park subdivision of coral heights bordering Fort Lauderdale and only minutes to Wilton Manors. The ocean and beach are just a few minutes away and Las Olas Boulevard (famed for its food, shopping, and entertainment) is a short drive. Every direction you go from this home you will find entertainment. If eco-tourism is your interest we have everglades national park where you can view the wildlife. The W is my favorite hotel to stay at in Fort Lauderdale and when I found this available on here I was so excited and booked immediately. You have to check-in on the residence side and it was such an easy process. The staff was very nice and the property owner was very responsive to my messages regarding booking and during my stay. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a washer and dryer and a beautiful balcony that gives you a partial ocean view. I was able to workout every morning at the hotel gym. It’s small but still had enough equipment to get a good workout in. Book the stay, you won’t be disappointed :)

Overall excellent stay. This was a business trip for us. So paying an additional 311 for the resort fee would definitely make me consider A different option on my next visit. We loved loved the space but the resort fee was a huge turnoff.

Two doors were broken in room. Last thing you want to do on vacation is worry about maintenance issues and repair people coming in your room. Key cards continued to not work throughout the stay. Host said the desk would contact us to resolve the issue but never did. Furniture had a strange smell, seemed dirty. Property owner should look to replace. Make sure to read all fine print such as access to certain pools, up charges, add on charges, etc. Great location, nice view, spacious, nice balcony areas. Host was very good at responding to issues.
