GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire private residence and its balconies, along with included access to the W’s West Pool and hot tub, 24-hour FIT fitness center, and beach service.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please review the information below before booking so you know exactly what to expect during your stay.

RESORT FEES & PARKING
Daily Resort Fee: A mandatory resort fee of $62.15 per unit, per day applies and includes:

• 2 beach chairs + 1 umbrella
• 2 pedal-assist e-bikes for up to 2 hours each day
• Pool + beach towel service
• Resort Wi-Fi
• Daily morning yoga

Resort fees are set by the W and may change with limited notice.

Valet Parking: If bringing a vehicle, on-site valet parking is $67 per day, excluding gratuity. Valet is the property’s only on-site parking option.

POOL & RESORT ACCESS
West Pool & Hot Tub: Your stay includes complimentary access to the West Pool and hot tub. The pool closes at 7:00 PM.

East Pool: The East Pool is a separate hotel amenity and is not included with the reservation. Guests may purchase a day pass directly from the hotel. This access policy has been in effect since February 2025.

Resort Amenities: Resort amenities are operated and managed by the W. Availability and full operation cannot be guaranteed, but we will make every effort to communicate known changes that could affect your stay.

CHECK-IN & RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
Standard Check-In / Checkout: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Checkout is by 11:00 AM.

Minimum Age: The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.

Rental Agreement: A rental agreement must be completed through OwnerRez before access to the residence can be provided.

Security Hold: A $250 credit-card security hold is required. The hold will be released 2 days after checkout provided there is no damage, all property rules have been followed, and checkout is completed on time.

Identification: Guests are required to present identification to the building in person at check-in.

Same-Day Bookings: For reservations made on the day of arrival, we will do our best to have the residence ready by the standard 4:00 PM check-in time, but this cannot be guaranteed.

One-Night Stays: 1-night stays may occasionally be available depending on the calendar. Rates may be higher, and these reservations may be subject to additional screening and/or a security deposit.

Early Check-In / Late Checkout: When available, early check-in or late checkout is subject to an additional fee.

OCCUPANCY & HOUSE RULES
Occupancy: The City of Fort Lauderdale permits a maximum of 4 adults + 2 children in this residence.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the residence and on its balconies. Please follow the W’s current policies regarding smoking and vaping in designated areas elsewhere on the property.

No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited. Bringing a pet onto the property may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. If a pet is discovered during or after a stay, a minimum $250 charge may be assessed for additional cleaning or remediation, plus any applicable building fines or actual costs exceeding that amount.

Noise & Smoking Monitoring: In accordance with Fort Lauderdale vacation-rental requirements, the residence is equipped with a monitoring device that alerts management if noise exceeds a specified threshold and can detect the presence of smoking. The device does not transmit or record conversations or any other audio.

HOUSEKEEPING & SUPPLIES
Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not included.

Bathroom Amenities: Hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided and replenished between stays. Hair dryers are provided in both bathrooms.

Starter Supplies: A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods and laundry pods is provided at arrival. Starter supplies are generally intended to cover approximately the first 3 days of your stay; guests may need to purchase additional supplies as needed.

Pack and Play: A Pack and Play can be rented through our local partners upon request.

PROPERTY-SPECIFIC INFORMATION
Private Wi-Fi: This residence has upgraded private high-speed Wi-Fi rather than relying solely on the resort’s standard Wi-Fi service.

Bathroom Sinks: Due to the building’s plumbing design, some bathroom sinks may drain somewhat more slowly than typical. They are inspected regularly and are functioning properly.

Balconies: Due to the property’s coastal environment, salt air and ocean breezes can cause natural residue to accumulate on balcony surfaces between cleanings. This is normal for a coastal property and does not affect the cleanliness of the interior residence.

Elevators: Brief elevator waits may occur during peak periods.

CANCELLATIONS & PROPERTY OPERATIONS
Cancellation Policy: Refunds, credits or cancellation exceptions cannot be provided outside the standard cancellation policy due to weather or other unforeseen personal circumstances. Guests concerned about these possibilities are encouraged to consider travel insurance.

Management or Building Access: The owner, property manager and building staff make every effort not to enter the residence during a guest’s stay. If entry becomes necessary and there is no reasonable alternative, guests will be given as much notice as possible and every effort will be made to minimize disruption.

Damage Waiver: The cost of a damage waiver is included with the reservation. Additional details are provided in the rental agreement.

Stays Longer Than 28 Days: Reservations exceeding 28 days require an additional rental agreement with additional terms, which may include mutually agreed-upon mid-stay cleanings or inspections.

Property Management: This privately owned residence is professionally managed by Sonny Stays LLC. Minor changes from listing photos, such as alternate bedding or linens, may occasionally occur.
