The spacious 4.5-room apartment with a living space of 122 square meters and three bedrooms impresses with its modern and light-flooded atmosphere. The south-facing orientation of the apartment ensures a pleasant indoor climate and bright rooms. As you enter, you are greeted by a spacious corridor with practical wall cupboards offering storage space for personal belongings. The centerpiece of the apartment is the spacious living and dining room with a dining table for six people, a comfortable sofa and armchairs. The wide panoramic windows flood the room with natural light and create an inviting atmosphere for cozy hours. The open-plan kitchen is located in the same room and leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with a large fridge including a separate freezer compartment, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. You will also find all the kitchen utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. The three closed bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to six people. The first bedroom has a large double bed (180x200cm), ideal for two people. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x190cm) and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (90x190cm) for a further two people. The apartment is also characterized by two bathrooms, one with WC, bathroom sink and shower and the other with a double bathroom sink and bathtub. For families with small children, a cot, a high chair and a children's bathtub are available to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Designed as a non-smoking apartment, pets are not permitted in this accommodation.
