Perfect for both a short trip or an extended stay, 3035 Club Villas offers a modern, renovated kitchen that cooks will love. With stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space, guests can enjoy their morning coffee, snacks, and meals right there at the kitchen island or at the dining table (which can seat up to six people), in the enclosed front courtyard, on one of the two upstairs balconies, or on the back patio. Situated between the two upstairs bedrooms and their full baths is a work station perfect for remote work. Guests can enjoy various shopping and dining options on the resort or make an easy drive into downtown Fernandina Beach to explore the charming historic district, which boasts award-winning restaurants and unique, one-of-a-kind shops. Nice condo, spacious and comfortable. Was just a bit dusty, could tell it had not been used for a while. Overall was a nice place to stay and we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property

The location of this property was ideal, as was the nearby pool, which was just steps away from the unit. While the pool was very close, it was far enough away and protected by a hedge, we didn't feel exposed. Style-wise, the condo was a bit dated, but had some awesome features, such as the flooring on the main level, Roku TVs and updated kitchen. Negatives were there wasn't enough light. The pictures made the place seem very bright, but it was rather dark in the unit. There was no overhead lighting, just some lamps all around. The bulbs were old school and quite dim.
