About this house rental
We offer for rent, in Plouhinec, this traditional Breton coastal Penty, fully renovated in 2019, with sea view, less than a kilometer from the beach, with a surface area of 150 m² and can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a garden of around 2,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
First floor
- 60 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with a double bed (140x190) and a bathroom with walk-in shower and double basins
- separate WC
First floor
- On the landing, small lounge and office area
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 2,000 m² garden facing the sea, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Plouhinec, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Plage du Gored in plozevet 4 min away - Plage de Gwendrez 2 min away
- Water sports, numerous surf spots, seaside hiking
- Visit of the Pointe du Raz, visit of the Ile de sein
- World folk festival in Plozevet. Douarnenez maritime festival. Surfing and kite surfing championships
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot. Parking is also available at the bottom of the garden.
