We had several problems during our stay. Response from Alexander exceeded all our expectations. He came very fast and resolved all of them.

Apartment was in a great area of the city with lots of shops and restaurants around. View from the patio was fantastic. Apartment was well-stocked with cooking utensils.
The bed was ok, but not the most comfortable.

Quiet bedroom and general quietness of apt even though it’s located in such a great location in the middle of everything. I had a few small issues with working the TV but Nestor-Jeeves had a technical out within hours to fix the issue. Excellent service.
