Очень удобное расположение! Пляж хороший, магазины/рестораны рядом. Окна во двор - шум улиц не мешает. Комната небольшая, но в ней много розеток. Хватает места для чемоданов и одежды. Есть необходимая посуда и техника. Сантехника тоже работает. Приятно, что нам предложили полотенца для купания и пляжный зонт. Хозяин встретил нас даже после полуночи и позволил продлить время выезда, за что мы особенно благодарны!
Самый проблемный момент - старый диван. На нём удобно сидеть и даже можно спать. Но в разложенном виде он УЖАСНО скрипит, и можно удариться коленкой об арматуру. Это не для супружеских пар. Если бы его заменили на удобный, я бы поставила на 2 балла выше.

1)Scale di accesso all appartamento sito al terzo piano senza ascensore : tre rampe di cui la prima ripida, per un totale di 63 gradini!!! Va segnalato nella descrizione dell ‘ alloggio per una scelta consapevole! 2) divano letto scomodo per accesso ( da aperto accesso laterale molto difficoltoso) 3) assistenza Booking carente
