Beautiful new home that has been remodeled and designed with no expense spared hitting the vrbo market now! 3 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom in the heart of the Bay with many attractions around, will give you the best quality of life and living with luxury!
Just a 4 minute drive to down town with lots of great restaurants, movie theatre, shops, Bart, buses, and much more!!
Beaufort park just a two minute drive down the hill.

Please note that garbage pickup day is early Monday morning, so please put the bins out the night before.
Brown bin is for food etc..
Gray bin is for recycling example cardboard, plastic, bottles etc..
Green bin is for landscaping.

Pictures of vrbo are accurate inside and out. But there were a few issues some of which were resolved. Property host initially responsive. Host provided new towels, tissue paper, and napkins after requested as well as replacing batteries for thermostat and tv remotes. WiFi connection great for wfh. I washed a few outside windows to better expose the tree tops.
Lots of ants in the kitchen that would swarm a crumb left.
Toilet tissue holder broken in primary bathroom which host chose not to replace/repair.
May stay again as we are often in th3 Bay and it is a good location for our needs.

The inside of the home is upgraded as advertised, the bathroom is particularly nice (the shower!!! is fabulous). The outside of the home is a wreck. The gravel area in front (shown in the photos) does not have a gate so you cannot let a dog or a child out there (its over grown with weeds as well). All around the exterior of the house is construction stuff: cement mixers, boards, blocks, tools: its a mess. There is also construction happening on the street - which is noisy and the street is very busy. Difficult to pull in/out of driveway. Overall - good for a professional needing a place to stay and work in the area. Not good for families or people with pets.
