About this house rental
Enjoy our modern design home with upgraded and enjoyable features WiFi controlled. From the patio/BBQ/fire pit area to the beautiful and spacious interior.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home!
The space
Our beautiful home is in the best and most central location in the Bay Area. Between San Francisco and Sam Jose, bus stop near the home and Bart less then a mile. It’s approx a 25 minute drive from SFO airport and 15 minutes from OAK, Oakland Airport. Around the block you'll find great restaurants, bars, cafes and galleries. We are a 4 minute drive from down town hayward. And right up the block from Fairview park.
We are confident you will enjoy your stay!
The space
Our home is a fully renovated and tastefully furnished 3 BR 2 Bath.
The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen with stove, toaster oven and a Nespresso coffee machine. Also, a washer and dryer to help you keep your cloths clean and fresh.
There is central AC and heating to make sure you always get the exact temperature you want.
Our bedrooms are furnished with a real queen size beds, with a hotel style mattress to allow sweet dreams while you are on your vacation.
With the artistic design and finishes in the home it will give you a modern, breathtaking suburban feel. We think that your home is the most important place and that you should be as involved as you can in creating your atmosphere, from the books you read to the painting on the wall.

The beautiful home had a l spacious front and rear yard with patio furniture such as, couches, Hanging egg chair, fire pit, BBQ grill (Propane) table and chairs for dining, heating lamps and more!
Parking:
There is a spacious 2 car driveway and many parking spots in front of the home on the street.
We are in a very safe neighbourhood and don’t hear of car theft.
Other things to note
When you stay in our home you will receive all of the following as part of the price you paid:
Clean towels, bed sheets, extra blankets, WiFi Internet, washer/dryer, cooking accessories and more!
For a rate of $25 a day, we offer electric car charging in the driveway.
